Refund policy

1. What is the return policy? (退換貨政策是什麼？)

  • Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

  • 我們的目標是讓您 100% 滿意！如果您對商品有任何疑慮，我們接受收到商品後 7 天內的退換貨申請。退回的商品必須是未經使用、保持原狀且含完整包裝。請聯絡我們以安排退貨事宜。

2. Are any purchases final sale? (有哪些商品是售出不退的嗎？)

  • Discounted/Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, please note that the natural layer lines and slight textures from the 3D printing process are standard characteristics, not defects, and are not eligible for return on that basis.

  • 特價促銷商品恕不接受退換貨。此外，溫馨提醒您，因 3D 列印工藝產生的自然層紋與微小痕跡屬於正常現象，並非產品瑕疵，因此不屬於瑕疵退貨範圍。

3. When will I get my order? (我什麼時候會收到訂單？)

  • As our lamps are 3D printed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery within Hong Kong typically takes 1-2 business days.

  • 由於我們的桌燈為 3D 列印接單製作，請預留 3-5 個工作天的製作時間。商品寄出後，香港本地運送一般約需 1-2 個工作天送達。

4. Where are your products manufactured? (你們的產品在哪裡製造？)

  • All our products are proudly designed and individually 3D printed in-house. This allows us to closely monitor the quality and ensure the unique charm of every lamp.

  • 我們所有的產品皆為自家設計，並透過 3D 列印技術獨立製作。這讓我們能親自把關品質，確保每一盞燈都保有其獨特的工藝細節。

5. How much does shipping cost? (運費多少錢？)

  • We offer a flat rate shipping fee of HK$30 for all orders within Hong Kong (typically via SF Express). We also offer FREE shipping on all orders over HK$400!

  • 香港本地訂單運費統一為 HK$30（一般採用順豐速運寄送）。全店單筆消費滿 HK$400 即可享有免運費優惠！
