1. Under normal circumstances, no refunds will be provided for any goods or service fees once an order is confirmed.
2. Items may only be exchanged once and must be accompanied by the original valid payment receipt within 7 days. Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Please contact us to arrange the return.

Additionally, please be advised that natural layer lines and minor marks resulting from the 3D printing process are normal characteristics of the craft and are not considered product defects; therefore, they do not fall within the scope of returns for defective goods.
4. If an exchange is handled via courier, all related shipping and delivery costs will be borne by the customer. Delivery fees will only be waived in cases involving verified product quality issues.
5. In the event of any dispute, CozyRetroStore reserves the right of final decision and the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

由於我們的桌燈為 3D 列印接單製作，請預留 3-5 個工作天的製作時間。商品寄出後，香港本地運送一般約需 1-2 個工作天送達。
As our lamps are 3D printed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery within Hong Kong typically takes 1-2 business days.

All our products are proudly designed and individually 3D printed in Hong Kong in-house. This allows us to closely monitor the quality and ensure the unique charm of every lamp.
運費是多少 How much does shipping cost?
1. 香港本地一般運費（非偏遠地區）
順豐在香港的本地運費主要按重量及體積計算，且早年已經豁免了住宅附加費，因此寄去工商地址或一般住宅的基礎運費是一樣的。
- 一般標準收費（1公斤以內）：送貨上門 / 順豐站及智能櫃自取：首重（1公斤或以內）的基礎運費大約為 HK$20 - HK$30（視乎目前的具體寄件服務類別及優惠）。註：若體積較大，順豐會以「體積重量」作計算（長x闊x高÷6000），取實際重量與體積重量較高者收費。
2. 偏遠地區附加費
順豐對香港指定的偏遠地區會額外收取附加費，收費模式分為「上門派送」及「自取」兩種：
- 偏遠上門附加費：HK$10 / 票適用地區：西貢、清水灣、石澳、赤柱、愉景灣、馬灣、長洲、南丫島、坪洲，以及大嶼山南部（如大澳、塘福、長沙、梅窩、貝澳等）。若選擇派送到上述地區的具體地址，需在基礎運費上加收 HK$10。
- 偏遠自取附加費：HK$5 / 票 (2025年3月起生效)適用地區：南丫島、長洲、坪洲等指定離島地區的「順豐合作點」或「順豐自助櫃」。若客人選擇在上述偏遠離島的網點自取，需在基礎運費上加收 HK$5。
(註：若在非偏遠地區的順豐站、智能櫃或營業點自取，則無需這筆附加費。)

1. General Local Shipping in Hong Kong (Non-Remote Areas)
SF Express local shipping fees in Hong Kong are primarily calculated based on weight and volume. The residential delivery surcharge was waived in recent years, meaning the base shipping rate is exactly the same for both commercial/industrial and general residential addresses.
- Standard Rates (1 kg or under): For door-to-door delivery / self-pickup at SF network points and smart lockers, the base shipping fee for the initial weight (1 kg or under) is approximately HK$20 - HK$30 (depending on the specific service category and current promotions).
- Note: For bulkier items, SF Express calculates the fee based on "volumetric weight" (Length x Width x Height ÷ 6000), charging whichever is higher between the actual weight and the volumetric weight.
2. Remote Area Surcharges
SF Express applies an additional surcharge for designated remote areas in Hong Kong. The charging structure is divided into two categories: "Door-to-Door Delivery" and "Self-Pickup":
- Remote Door-to-Door Surcharge: HK$10 per shipmentApplicable Areas: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and South Lantau Island (e.g., Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.). If you choose delivery to a specific address in these areas, an extra HK$10 will be added to the base shipping fee.
- Remote Self-Pickup Surcharge: HK$5 per shipment (Effective from March 2025)Applicable Areas: "SF Service Partners" or "SF Lockers" in designated outlying island areas such as Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, and Peng Chau. If customers choose self-pickup at these remote island locations, an extra HK$5 will be added to the base shipping fee.
(Note: This surcharge does not apply to self-pickup at SF stations, smart lockers, or business points in non-remote areas.)

To ensure this unique design beautifully accompanies your space for a long time, please observe the following care details:
- Recommended Light Source:
Please strictly use LED bulbs (5W-9W recommended). As 3D-printed materials are sensitive to high temperatures, do not use traditional incandescent bulbs or high-heat lighting fixtures to prevent the lampshade from warping or deforming. - Daily Cleaning & Dusting:
We recommend regularly using a soft, dry cloth or an anti-static duster to gently sweep away dust. For stubborn stains, you may wipe it with a slightly damp cloth and dry it immediately. - Avoid Chemical Solvents:
Do not use alcohol, bleach, or corrosive cleaners to wipe the lamp body, as this may damage the color and structural integrity of the printed material. - Ideal Placement Environment:
Please place the lamp in a cool, well-ventilated indoor area. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or placing it near high-heat sources such as heaters and open flames, which can cause the material to become brittle or fade over time. - Handcrafted Artisan Texture:
Each lamp is crafted layer by layer through 3D printing. The fine textures left on the surface are the hallmark of technology combined with artisanal craft. They are not product defects, but rather the very details that give each piece its own unique vitality.
